What A Girthy Girl!

This "Moss Back" Monster was caught Saturday, January 26, 2008.   I was walking the bank in downtown Celebration, FL, when I noticed a bunch of beds.  Yep, the spawning cycle of life for the Largemouth Bass is in full swing.

Then I saw her,  working around a bedding area.  I grabbed my green pumpkin Trick Worm (Berkley) rigged it "wacky" style, pitched to near her, and OMG, it disappeared! 

The battle raged for what seemed like hours, but was less than a minute.  She eased up to the Bank and well.... The smile on my face and the picture tells the rest of the story.
